Entirely free of lacquer, this formula uses sohpisticated cosmetic grade resins for chrystal clear, non-tacky hold. Panthenol (Pro-Vitamin B5), and other naturally derived ingredients soften and condition hair. Sunscreen agents are added for protection against the damaging effects of ultra violet rays.
